10 easy steps to consigning:
1) REGISTER ONLINE
There will be a $14 consignor fee to participate. To make it easy, this fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale. Register here
Please make sure you have joined our consignor only facebook group! It’s full of daily helps and videos on how to consign with us. Join here ***Please answer the group questions to join.
2) COLLECT YOUR ITEMS
This is the Fall/Winter 2022 event. Please click here for a list of items we will be accepting this sale.
YOU MUST have 5+ items to participate, and each consignor number can enter a max of 250 items. Choose your best items! If you have more than 250 items you’d like to sell, feel free to register for another consignor number.
3) PREPARE your items
CLEAN, laundered, wrinkle free items SELL! You do not have to iron them, but they will sell for TOP $$ if you do!
Look every item over. Check for stains, damage, etc. Snaps snaps, button buttons, tie dress sashes. Are your items clean and in working order? Do they need batteries? Baby wipes & magic erasers are great to clean things up!

4) HANG YOUR ITEMS

PLEASE use CHILD size hangers for items Newborn-size 6. Size 7-up can be put on adult hangers. We accept clothing up to a child's size 16/18.
Please hang the items facing left. Your hanger will look like a question mark (????).
Sort clothing into size and gender order please. Consider bagging or using a rubber band to organize by size and gender.
For SHOES, please tie them together with a string, ribbon or zip tie. Please DO NOT put shoes in zip lock bags, they are too hard to see that way. We accept shoes up to adult size 6.
5) ENTER YOUR ITEMS
It’s easy to enter your items with our AUTOMATED TAGGING SYSTEM and the NEW VOICE ENTRY! Or use the traditional system to input info. Both options to enter your items are super easy. EVERY ITEM (or set) that you wish to sell must have a tag attached. Click here to input items
Tip: Your goal is to sell all of your items! Clean, neat & competitively priced items sell better! Be sure to check the “item can be discounted” option on your tags for an even better chance at selling your items at the end of the sale! More info on our 1/2 price discount day here. All clothing must start at $4, other items can start at $2.
Check “item can be donated” on your tags if you do not want to pick up unsold items at the end of the sale. All donated items will be added to the Dollar Dash for Missions on Sun. afternoon (more information given at drop off), and then anything left will be donated to those in need.
All items must be entered by Monday, Sept. 5th at midnight! No exceptions! The system will close down at midnight.
6) PRINT tags on WHITE PAPER or light colored paper... 65lb or heavier will work best! Please use the better, thicker paper. You don't want your tag to fall off or rip. Click here to print tags
7) TAG YOUR ITEMS!
Specific instructions on tagging guns and safety pins are shared on the FB group page and here. Please don't put holes in your clothing using the tagging gun or safety pins the wrong way! We will help you, and show you the correct way.
8) DROP OFF your items.
Sign up for a drop off appointment here. DROP OFF IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
We cannot accept clothing that is dated or stained. If a toy needs batteries, it must be in working order at drop off. We will not keep anything that is not clean and in great condition.
9) PRESALE SHOPPING
Come and enjoy the consignor only shopping time on Tuesday, Sept. 13th from 6-8pm! All consignors are allowed to bring ONE guest with them to Consignor Night.
Consignors can also shop our 1/2 price sale early on Friday, Sept. 16th from 7-8pm.
10) PICK UP your UNSOLD ITEMS and your EARNINGS CHECK on Tuesday, Sept. 20th between 1pm-6pm. If your check and items are not picked up by you or a friend/family member that day, the items will be donated and your check will be mailed. PLEASE communicate with us if you cannot come; communication is key! There are no exceptions, items must be out of the building and the gym cleaned out.
